    Your transfers are temporary.
    The photos and videos you send through ImageSend are stored only long enough to deliver them, then deleted automatically when the transfer expires. We never sell your data.
  

1. Information We Collect

To provide ImageSend, we collect:

Account information — your email address, and (if you sign in with Apple, Google, or Facebook) your name and profile photo. This is used to authenticate you and label the transfers you send.
Transfer content — the files you upload, plus metadata such as filenames, file sizes, and the optional title and password you set.
Usage data — basic technical information such as download counts and timestamps, used to enforce expiry and download limits.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Store and deliver your files to the recipients you share links with
Enforce your transfer settings (expiry time, maximum downloads, password protection)
Authenticate your account and manage your subscription
Detect and prevent abuse of the service

3. File Storage and Retention

Uploaded files are stored on encrypted object storage and are accessible only through the unique download link for a transfer. Transfers expire automatically — typically within 24 to 168 hours of creation, or once the download limit is reached — after which the files are permanently deleted. We do not retain copies of expired transfers.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that make ImageSend work, and only as needed to operate the service:

Cloud storage and delivery — to store and serve your files
Apple App Store / RevenueCat — to process and validate subscription purchases
Sign-in providers (Apple, Google, Facebook) — only when you choose to sign in with them

We may also disclose information where required by law or to respond to valid legal requests.

5. Recipients of Your Transfers

Anyone with a transfer's download link can view its file list and download its contents until it expires. If a transfer is password protected, the password is required to download. You are responsible for sharing links — and any passwords — only with people you intend to.

6. Your Rights

You can delete any transfer at any time from within the app, which removes its files immediately. To delete your account and associated data, contact us at [email protected].

7. Children's Privacy

ImageSend is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
