Uploaded files are stored on encrypted object storage and are accessible only through the unique download link for a transfer. Transfers expire automatically — typically within 24 to 168 hours of creation, or once the download limit is reached — after which the files are permanently deleted. We do not retain copies of expired transfers.

Anyone with a transfer's download link can view its file list and download its contents until it expires. If a transfer is password protected, the password is required to download. You are responsible for sharing links — and any passwords — only with people you intend to.
