    ImageSend is for personal photos and videos only.
    By using this service you confirm that all files you upload are your own personal media — photos and videos you captured yourself or have the right to share.
  

1. Personal Use Only

ImageSend is designed exclusively for sharing personal photos and videos between individuals, such as family photos, vacation pictures, and home videos. You may not use ImageSend to distribute, reproduce, or share:

Copyrighted material you do not own (movies, TV shows, music videos, commercial stock photos, album artwork, etc.)
Content belonging to or depicting third parties without their consent
Any material for commercial distribution purposes

2. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or share:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes minors — violations are reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
Content that facilitates violence, harassment, or illegal activity
Malware, executable files, or any non-media content
Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By uploading files, you represent and warrant that you own the content or have all rights necessary to share it, and that doing so does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

4. Copyright (DMCA)

ImageSend respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content shared through this service infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to: [email protected]

Your notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material and its URL, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief, and your signature.

5. Report Abuse

To report illegal or abusive content, email [email protected] with the link to the content and a description of the concern. We review all reports and will remove content that violates these terms.

6. Service Availability

Transfers expire automatically (typically within 24–168 hours). We do not guarantee permanent storage and are not liable for any loss of data. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
